Quite rude in how the advisor spoke. I’ve spoken with other law firms as well and most businesses are helpful and informative. The person I spoke with just sounded curt, condescending, and rude. Would rather not do business with someone who makes this type of first impression.

How they got 4.7 stars, I am not sure. I called them few times regarding a construction lean and every time they got my full name and contact information and never got back to me. The first time I called the receptionist barely new what's a construction lean and I had to explain it to her that I am not talking about a line of credit but a lean.

Worst experience dealing with them for a Real Estate transaction. Something that should have been simple became a nightmare. Starting from their reception making mistakes then the lawyer that worked with us making mistakes, everyone kept passing the buck to someone else for their inefficiencies and to top it all off the lawyer was rude. It was embarrassing for my bank to guide me on what to tell the lawyer to do. Would not go back and work with them again.

Run for the hills with this law firm!I was referred to close my new construction condo this past summer and from the beginning was a nightmare to deal with them:1. Starting by the lawyer that had taken my file left the firm a few months prior without informing me or the builder. By the time the bank wanted to send mortgage instructions no one was answering.2. As result of the poor communication the builder was charging HST as it was believed to be an investment property.3. Fast forward 3 months and I found out my property was mistakenly transferred to the bank's name. A mistake that was eventually fixed but still...The stress and sleepless nights caused by the lack of professionalism, care and attention to detail of this firm is UNMEASURABLE!

Not sure whether something got lost in translation or these reviews are all bought. I talked to Adam over the phone, got a quote for my transaction, and he sent an email with their firm information and Azin's contact info for me to forward to my mortgage broker. My bank then forwarded the lender instructions to them, and that was that. I emailed Adam 3x with no response, called their firm 2x and left messages for both Adam and Azin, no response. They missed the funding date for my mortgage, and still no one contacted me. Would've been nice to even receive an email saying they wouldn't be able to take my transaction, but I got 0 response from them for the entire week and a half.Almost feel like I should be reporting to Law Society about this...
