Quite rude in how the advisor spoke. I’ve spoken with other law firms as well and most businesses are helpful and informative. The person I spoke with just sounded curt, condescending, and rude. Would rather not do business with someone who makes this type of first impression.

How they got 4.7 stars, I am not sure. I called them few times regarding a construction lean and every time they got my full name and contact information and never got back to me. The first time I called the receptionist barely new what's a construction lean and I had to explain it to her that I am not talking about a line of credit but a lean.

Worst experience dealing with them for a Real Estate transaction. Something that should have been simple became a nightmare. Starting from their reception making mistakes then the lawyer that worked with us making mistakes, everyone kept passing the buck to someone else for their inefficiencies and to top it all off the lawyer was rude. It was embarrassing for my bank to guide me on what to tell the lawyer to do. Would not go back and work with them again.

Run for the hills with this law firm!I was referred to close my new construction condo this past summer and from the beginning was a nightmare to deal with them:1. Starting by the lawyer that had taken my file left the firm a few months prior without informing me or the builder. By the time the bank wanted to send mortgage instructions no one was answering.2. As result of the poor communication the builder was charging HST as it was believed to be an investment property.3. Fast forward 3 months and I found out my property was mistakenly transferred to the bank's name. A mistake that was eventually fixed but still...The stress and sleepless nights caused by the lack of professionalism, care and attention to detail of this firm is UNMEASURABLE!

his firm is a fraud. Their service is bad and the girls working there do nothing and he is not accessible . they charge more than any other firm and their quality of work is zero. he has no control on his employees and no care for clients. they hold people's money for no reason. DO NOT GO THERE

Azin and her assistant Sarah handled both our purchase and sale and they were wonderful. They answered all our questions, walked us through the processes, kept in contact on closing day and had our reports to us shortly after closing. The fact that they did all this during COVID only adds to our satisfaction with their services. Can't recommend Seif Law Firm highly enough.

Not sure whether something got lost in translation or these reviews are all bought. I talked to Adam over the phone, got a quote for my transaction, and he sent an email with their firm information and Azin's contact info for me to forward to my mortgage broker. My bank then forwarded the lender instructions to them, and that was that. I emailed Adam 3x with no response, called their firm 2x and left messages for both Adam and Azin, no response. They missed the funding date for my mortgage, and still no one contacted me. Would've been nice to even receive an email saying they wouldn't be able to take my transaction, but I got 0 response from them for the entire week and a half.Almost feel like I should be reporting to Law Society about this...

Great experience. I came to have an affidavit form signed, it was quick and easy process. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was also happy to learn that Adam also worked with real estate agents. I will be coming back here with all my clients.

We retained the services of Seif Law Firm for two real estate transactions, sale of our existing property in Richmond Hill and purchase of an out of town property. Both transactions were handled by lawyer Azin Ghorbankhani and we were quite pleased with her knowledge and professionalism. Wonderful experience. Knowledgeable and responsive!Seif law firm And their team were absolutely a pleasure to work with!Azin was truly helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns. It was our first time buying a home and she was with us every step of the way. When we found issues during the walk through, she negotiated on our behalf and was tough when needed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

They overcharge... with little explanation/justification. Even other law firms laugh at these guys for being unresponsive, unreasonable and unprofessional. Like seriously, how do you justify charging $95 for photocopies??? And also a mileage fee, when you didn't even hand deliver any documents - All documents were emailed (FREE)! Be honest with your clients ... the power of social media goes a long way and your reputation is clearly on the line!!Long story short (as many have stated in other comments/ratings), there are more honest and reasonable law firms out there.
